We reserve the right to delay shipment for:

  • Address verification

  • Inventory discrepancies

2. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud

  • Request identity verification

  • Refuse shipment to high-risk addresses

  • Require signature confirmation

Failure to provide requested verification may result in cancellation.

3. Shipping Carriers & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Delivery confirmation constitutes proof of fulfillment.

Simcha Wink is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost packages marked as delivered

  • Address errors provided by customer

4. International Shipping

Customers are responsible for:

  • Import compliance in their country

  • Duties, VAT, and customs fees

  • Ensuring products are lawful in their jurisdiction

We do not guarantee clearance through customs.

5. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Government actions

  • Supply chain interruptions
