This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Simcha Wink LLC (“Simcha Wink,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website.
1. Hygiene & Product Safety Policy (Strict No-Return Standard)
Simcha Wink sells cosmetic and hygiene-sensitive products, including eyelash extensions, adhesives, and related beauty supplies.
For health, safety, and contamination-prevention reasons:

All opened products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Adhesives, liquids, and sealants are final sale once opened.

Products that show signs of use, tampering, or damage are not eligible for return.

We reserve sole discretion in determining product condition.
This policy applies to both consumer-grade and professional-grade products.
2. Eligibility for Returns (Unopened Items Only)
Unopened products may be eligible for return if:

Return is requested within 7 days of delivery.

Product remains sealed, unused, and in original packaging.

Customer provides proof of purchase.

Customer receives written return authorization.
Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Approved returns may be subject to:

A restocking fee (up to 20% where permitted by law).

3. No Returns on Professional-Grade Products
Professional-use products are intended for trained lash technicians.
By purchasing professional-grade products, the buyer represents that they:

Are trained or experienced in lash application; or

Assume full responsibility for product use.
Professional-grade items are final sale unless defective upon arrival.
4. Allergic Reaction & Assumption of Risk
Cosmetic products may cause allergic reactions or irritation.
By purchasing, customer acknowledges:

A patch test should be conducted prior to full application.

Individual results vary.

Simcha Wink is not liable for allergic reactions, misuse, or improper application.
Use of products is at the customer’s sole risk.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery for:

Shipping damage

Incorrect items
Proof (including photographs) may be required.
Failure to report within this timeframe may void eligibility.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback, customers agree to contact Simcha Wink to seek resolution.
If a chargeback is initiated:

Refund eligibility may be suspended.

We reserve the right to submit order confirmation, delivery confirmation, IP data, and transaction records as evidence.

Fraudulent disputes may result in account suspension and denial of future purchases.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may constitute breach of these Terms.
7. International Orders
For international purchases:

Duties, VAT, customs fees, and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Refused international shipments are not eligible for refund.

Customs delays are outside our control.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
8. Final Sale Items
Promotional items, clearance items, and discounted bundles are final sale unless defective.
